    I rented it from Netflix and absolutely loved it. It is an enactment of the lives of Monet, Renoir, Manet, Cezanne, Degas, and other Impressionist painters living at that time around Paris. Fascinating and eye-opening!

I painted this from a photo I took when my husband and I went hiking around Lake Minnewaska. Although the day was heavily overcast, the foliage was at peak, and the vistas along the carriage trails were a treat.

Love the sketches and paintings. What happened that you’re in a cast??? That makes painting a bit difficult. I’m hoping to get out for some plein air painting while the trees still have leaves. I missed a lot while I was in France.
